Frequently asked questions.

How eCom Method works, what is inside, the plans, channel coverage, and whether it is the right move for your store.

Program basics & fit

What exactly is eCom Method?

A founder-led DTC operator program. You get the frameworks, modules, and live support used to run real brands, all in one place: the module library, an active community, live calls, and direct answers on your own account. It is built around one structure, the Five Levers: Acquisition, Conversion, AOV, Retention, and Margin.

Who is this program for?

Anyone running or building an ecommerce brand who wants a clear system instead of guesswork. Founders, brand owners, and in-house marketers all use it, whether you are early or already scaling.

I am just getting started. Is this still useful for me?

Yes. The library starts from setup and structure, then moves into ads, email, CRO, retention, and margin. Follow it in order to build the right foundation, or pull the exact lesson you need now. Nothing assumes you already have everything figured out.

I already do strong monthly revenue. Will I find anything new?

Yes. The deeper modules focus on scaling, CAC control, contribution margin, retention math, and portfolio-level decisions. The live account reviews are where most experienced members get the most value, because the feedback is on your actual numbers, not a generic case study.

What makes this different from other eCom programs?

Three things. The content comes from live accounts across 500+ brands, not theory. Every lesson ends with an execution step, so you always know what to do next. And you get live reviews on your own account, so you are never left guessing whether advice applies to you.

Do I need a store already, or can I start from scratch?

Either works. If you have a store, audit it against the modules and fix what is leaking. If you are starting fresh, the early modules walk you through building it correctly the first time.

What product categories does this work for?

All of them. The frameworks come from brands across every major DTC category, and they hold for dropshipping, private label, and brands holding inventory. The Five Levers apply the same way whether you sell apparel, supplements, home goods, or beauty. The numbers change. The system does not.

What are the Five Levers and why do they matter?

Acquisition, Conversion, AOV, Retention, and Margin. Every brand problem traces back to one of these five. The whole program is organized around them, so instead of random tactics you always know which lever you are pulling and why.

What is inside

How many modules are there?

70+ and growing. They span ads, branding, AI, email, SMS, CRO, retention, and margin. New material is added as platforms and tactics change.

What topics do the modules cover?

Meta ads, Google ads, email and SMS, conversion rate optimization, offers and AOV, retention and LTV, margin and finance, AI workflows, and brand. Every lever has dedicated modules, with the heaviest weight on ads, CAC, and margin.

Are lessons video, written, or both?

Both. Core lessons are taught on video with screen walkthroughs of real accounts, and many are paired with written walkthroughs and companion documents you can follow step by step.

How long is each lesson?

Most are tight and focused on one tactic. You can watch a lesson and go execute the same day. No padding, no filler.

Can I jump straight to what I need, or is it sequential?

Both. There is a recommended path through the Five Levers if you want structure, but the library is fully open. If your problem is CAC this week, go straight to the ad modules. If it is checkout, go straight to CRO.

How often is new content added?

Regularly. As ad platforms, email tools, and tactics shift, modules are updated and new ones are added. Members get the new material as it ships.

Meta & Google ads

Does it teach a Meta campaign structure that scales?

Yes. Full modules on campaign structure, single and multi-product setups, and how to build accounts that scale without collapsing when you add spend. There is also a clear position on consolidated versus fragmented structures, ABO versus CBO, and Advantage+.

Does it show me how to read my ad account quickly?

Yes. A core lesson walks through reading an account in under 10 minutes, so you know what to look at and what to ignore.

Does it cover what to do when CAC climbs?

Yes. CAC is a primary focus. The ad and margin modules show you how to diagnose rising CAC and which levers to pull, instead of reacting blindly.

Does it teach creative testing and scaling spend safely?

Yes. There is a creative testing framework for testing angles without burning budget on noise, plus specific scaling rules for adding budget in a controlled way and clear criteria for when to kill an ad versus wait.

Does it cover the learning phase?

Yes. The ad modules cover how the learning phase works, why constant edits reset it, and how to give campaigns the stability they need to perform.

Does it cover Google as well as Meta?

Yes. A full Google track covers Performance Max, Shopping campaigns, search, remarketing, and Merchant Center setup, so your feed and accounts are configured correctly before you spend.

Does it explain how Google and Meta work together?

Yes. The approach covers how both platforms fit into one funnel instead of competing for the same budget.

Email, SMS & retention

Does it cover the core email flows every brand needs?

Yes. The email track covers the essential flows, when each one fires, and what they should contain, including a full welcome flow build.

Does it explain flows versus campaigns and segmentation?

Yes. There is a lesson on the difference between flows and campaigns, plus a core segments module that shows how to split your list so the right message reaches the right people.

Does it cover SMS?

Yes. There is an SMS welcome flow module covering setup and sequencing, taught alongside email.

Does it give email benchmarks?

Yes. A benchmarks walkthrough covers the open, click, and revenue numbers to aim for, and what share of revenue email and SMS should carry.

Does it cover retention systems and the LTV to CAC relationship?

Yes. Retention is one of the Five Levers, with modules on building systems that increase repeat purchase and compound LTV, plus an LTV to CAC portfolio framework covering the ratio to aim for.

Does it cover subscriptions and winback?

Yes. A subscription and LTV mechanics module covers when subscriptions make sense and how to set them up, and the winback flows cover re-engaging customers who have gone quiet.

CRO, site & AOV

Does it teach where my site is losing conversions?

Yes. The CRO track shows you how to find and fix the points where you are leaking conversions.

Does it cover product pages, homepage, and landing pages?

Yes. There is a PDP build module on structure, content, and layout, a homepage optimization module on what belongs and what to cut, and a landing page framework you can apply to any offer.

Does it cover site speed and mobile checkout?

Yes. There are modules on site speed and mobile checkout optimization, plus add to cart and cart UX, since slow loads and clunky checkout quietly cost conversions.

Does it teach how to raise average order value?

Yes. AOV is one of the Five Levers, with modules on bundling, upsells and cross-sells (including post purchase placements and the app setups), and building offers people want.

Does it cover bundle pricing and margin?

Yes. The AOV and margin modules cover how to structure bundles so you raise order value without giving away margin.

Margin & finance

Does it help me find where margin is leaking?

Yes. Margin is one of the Five Levers, with modules built to find and close the gaps where profit disappears.

Does it address revenue stalling while spend rises?

Yes. The margin and ads modules cover why this happens and how to diagnose it, instead of just spending more.

Does it cover contribution margin and product-level profit?

Yes. There are modules on thinking in contribution margin rather than ROAS alone, and on telling which products actually make money after all costs.

Does it cover MER, attribution, and iOS tracking?

Yes. An MER and attribution module covers reading blended performance across channels, alongside a module on iOS and tracking so you can read performance accurately in a post-iOS world.

Does it cover portfolio-level decisions?

Yes. The portfolio framework covers how to make decisions across multiple products or brands instead of reacting day to day.

Community & coaching

What does the community give me access to?

A space to ask questions, get answers on your specific situation, share results, and learn from other operators running real brands. It is treated as a product, not a chat room, and it stays focused on execution.

Can I ask questions about my own account?

Yes. You get real-time text support for your ecommerce questions, and you can bring specifics about your own brand.

Are there live calls, and what happens on them?

Yes. Live group coaching calls run on a regular weekly cadence, with additional sessions at higher access levels. Each call is live teaching plus account reviews, where real accounts get looked at across ads, brand, Shopify, and Klaviyo.

Can I get my own account reviewed?

Yes. Live reviews cover ad accounts, brand, Shopify, and Klaviyo. You get eyes on your actual setup, not a hypothetical, and you can submit your account ahead of time for more focused feedback.

Are calls recorded if I cannot attend live?

Yes. Calls are recorded so you can watch back if you miss one. You do not need to be present every day to benefit.

Tools & integrations

What platforms does the program cover?

Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, and Klaviyo are the core platforms, plus the supporting apps for upsells, subscriptions, and reviews.

Do I need Klaviyo specifically?

The email and SMS modules are taught on Klaviyo. The principles carry to other tools, but you will follow along most easily on Klaviyo.

Do the tactics depend on a specific Shopify theme?

No. The CRO and build modules work across themes. They focus on structure and principles, not one template.

Do I need anything set up before I join?

No. If you have accounts already, you can audit and fix them. If you do not, the modules walk you through setting them up correctly.

Results & expectations

How fast will I see results?

That depends on what you implement and where you are starting. The execution steps are built so you can act immediately, and the members who apply the lessons consistently see movement fastest. Most run their first lever inside the first week.

What kind of results do members get?

Results vary by brand, category, and effort. What stays consistent is having a clear system for ads, CAC, retention, and margin instead of guessing. The frameworks come from 500+ brands and $250M+ in tracked revenue.

What do I need to bring, and how much time per week?

Willingness to implement. The system gives you the what and the how, you supply the execution. Plan for enough time to watch the lessons you need and apply them. You do not need to be inside daily, and it works if you run your brand part time.

What if I implement and it does not work?

Bring it to the community or a live call. That is what the support and reviews are for. You get feedback on your actual situation so you can adjust instead of staying stuck.

Is this guaranteed to grow my revenue?

No honest program can guarantee revenue, because results depend on your product, market, and execution. What you get is the system and the support used across hundreds of brands, plus a 14-day money-back guarantee if it is not the right fit.

Access & logistics

How do I get access, and how fast?

Pick a plan and sign up. Access is granted right away, so you get into the module library, the community, and the call schedule immediately.

Where does everything happen?

Inside the eCom Method community on Skool. The modules, the weekly calls, the community, and text support all live in one place.

How long do I keep access to the modules?

You keep access to the modules and community for as long as your membership is active, including new material as it is added.

What is the first thing I should do once I am in?

Start with the welcome walkthrough, then run your brand through the Five Levers to find your weakest lever. Fix that one first. That is usually where the fastest gains are.
